It looks like the coloring you have for the Text coloring is the same as for the Background coloring. When this is the case, if the colors happen to match up, then you will not see the text, as it is the same color as the background. It is not that it is missing, it is just the same, so you cannot read it. You need to enable the option for Use Separate Colors for Text Coloring Method and then change the colors of the text to be different from the backgrounds.
