Dear Sir, I've opened a futures account with T4FL. After downloading the newest Sierra Chart I was trying connect with the account but I couldn't. The broker told me to create another account as 'In that case you will need to setup a new account that is unrelated to the previous broker. I am guessing the Sierra account setup through the broker is only enabled for data provided from that broker.' I did establish a new account and new connection and it has worked, but...before that I paid 3 month subscription for the old (this - AC110649) account that I won't use anymore as the connection with the new broker doesn't work on that account. May I ask you to transfer that 3-month subscription-payment to the newly created account (named 'Pawel Wozniak')? I'm looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Paul |
