The problem with the missing data has now been resolved. At the time we were reviewing the support request, we had not recognized what the actual problem was. We have discovered the source of the problem and this is now resolved. Go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download to re-download all the data and fill in the gaps.
