Please look into this as this is not an O/S level issue, else why would the other shortcut keys works perfectly fine This would most likely be because there is a problem with the keyboard shortcut you have assigned and the operating system is not handling it as you would expect. You cannot make the conclusion that you are. It is invalid logic. We do not know why there is a problem. If there was a problem like this within Sierra Chart, it would be fixed years ago.
