We did see a problem with the starting of the market depth data on older futures contracts. That is now fixed. It could be the market is closed where you see a gap. It is hard to tell because of the Time Zone setting. It is unlikely there would be a genuine missing data problem on the server. Check the exchange website and look at the contract specifications for the YM symbol and see if the time you see missing data is when there is no trading.
