Chart alerts are able to reference the Anchor points for Chart Drawings. This would mean that you could reference the 0% and 100% levels directly, or use those as part of a calculation to get other levels (i.e. =UDID[15].A1 * .85) would give you the 85% level assuming that anchor A1 is at the 100% level.
