I have recently purchased: custom DLL "Slope Rider" from SaviusLLC. It works for other users ( Sierra and Transact Users) but for some reasons it is not displayed in the studies list on my pc. I've checked with the vendor on Sierra control panel and he can see the DLLs have been activated. I've checked if my Sierra account was in SAFE MODE and it isn't. I am running latest Sierra version v.1837 with package 5. Any clue about where the issue can come from? Thanks in advance for your kind support Raffaele |
