No there is not but what we can do though is add a message to the Message Log and that message Log can be saved to a file by enabling the option for it in Global Settings >> General Settings.

You can undo any adjustment with the following command:
Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
