Hello, I can't seem to get any of my chartbooks to open up. Before a chartbook can fully load, the Sierra platform freezes (I have to close and reopen the platform before i'm able to attempt opening a chartbook again. This has been ongoing since Friday evening. Do you have any idea why this is happening? As you may be able to see, I am new to Sierra Charts and this is the first time i'm experiencing this issue (my first two weeks on the platform were great), and I hope I do not have to switch to another charting provider. Note that I have downloaded the latest version of Sierra charts and still experience the problem. I have attached a few screenshots to show what I am experiencing (note I cannot screenshot thru the platform because it freezes before the chartbook can fully load). |
