However, we are seeing a problem where the open orders on the server for the trading account, are not being provided to the client. This is only an issue in the FXCM demo system that has a recent software update. It does not affect live trading.

We are looking into that and will resolve. Just allow about a couple of hours. However, the execution of the server-side bracket orders is all working perfectly.
