We are doing some additional checking on this.

Do you notice any problems using Internet Explorer on your computer?

Make sure it is not set to Work Off-line.


A problem like this is very unusual and it has been about 8 years since we have heard of someone else seeing this. To our knowledge only one person has seen something like this and almost certainly it was due to firewall software on their system.

If you are running any third-party firewall software on the system, then we recommend completely disabling it and restarting your computer into safe mode to do a test.
