Once the window reached the Verifying stage the whole window went unresponsive and when clicking on it - it just whited out and then 'Windows' offered to close down the program for not responding. Do you think this is still indicative of the firewall issue as my firewall hasn't changed. Thanks for the quick reply, I really appreciate it.
