Hello support, I currently trade trough TransAct and use TransAct data feed with my personal Direct Sierra account that has Service Package 5 enabled. I am also in the process of moving to another broker where I will be using CQG trading services. So for testing purposes I have installed another copy of Sierra and activated Sierra Real Time and Historical data feed trial to provide the data to CQG FIX connection. While I am able to connect and retrieve some of the symbols the log is constantly generating following error in BOTH Sierra instances running in parallel: SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Limited to one connection per username for the requested data source. | 2018-09-02 01:22:09 Do I need to have 2nd Real-time data connection enabled? If so, than I cannot do that because in the Real-Time Data Connection section 2nd, 3rd and 4th connections options are disabled. |
