If you only have a simulation account with Top Step Trader, this is why CTS probably did not respond about it.
We still pay for out "SIM" accounts, maybe even pay more than live users. I hope everyone(namely CTS) realizes this. There seems to be the attitude that SIM is less of a priority. Maybe that would be true if it was FREE, but it is not. Things like server side OCO's and reliable connections are just as important to TsT traders as live traders. CTS must forget that we are paying for our data just like live account holders. #endrant |
