It disconnects immediately with following message: Connecting to CTS T4 Live server. | 2013-10-24 17:36:54 CTS T4 Service: Error connecting to CTS T4. Exception message: Error getting server config details. | 2013-10-24 17:36:54 But the CTS T4 Sim server lets me connect without problems on SC 997. edit: Please see the attached message logs for sc997 and sc1032. I just upgraded to 1032 again, and still can only connect to the CTS sim server. This is probably just a CTS issue. They had one on the 22nd at 10:30p.m. that gave similar error messages for 1032 (possible incorrect user ID and pass combination), which subsided within a few hours (I was using "Smart Trade" as they recommended). I contacted CTS T4 support earlier this week but didn't get any answer. I can't wait until the SC CME intraday tick feed is available later this year.
