We need to understand this better. When you start Sierra Chart using the shortcut on your computer desktop, do you see the Login window? And then after that the main window. If you see the login window, then the question we have is whether you are unable to login to the Sierra Chart charting and trading software, or unable to connect to the data feed/trade server.
