hello, I have a bitmex market problem. I was able to log in to both the real account and the demo account. but the problem is with breaking orders. When I'm in the sierra simulation mode, everything works fine. however, when I enter real mode, I can not place any order. and this problem occurs both in the real account and in the demo account. on the demo account there is an error message that you need to load a specific instrument, but I am not able to do it, because the platform does not detect it. I wrote a bitmex on this matter, but they were calling me here. attached examples with errors. |
