This sounds like an operating system problem. If Sierra Chart itself is not actually freezing or using high CPU usage, then there is not anything we can do from our side to help with this operating system problem. The only thing we can say is that saving a Chartbook changes the pointer to an hourglass but it goes back to normal after. Try using another computer and see if you have the problem.
