The default path for the exchangewaiver.exe file is in My Documents/DTN/IQFeed, but for reasons I still don't understand, it just stopped working for me.

I moved the file to the higher level folder (My Documents/DTN) and it started working again. I think it happened after I updated to the latest IQClient (Version 5.1.0.5), so if you run into a similar problem, hopefully this workaround will solve it.
