The first thing we want you to do is to select File >> Connect to Data Feed and then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog In regards to the chart data loading issue, what we want you to do is to restart Sierra Chart and not use your existing Chartbook and open just a single Intraday chart for the June CL contract and see if there is any problem opening that chart data file.
