However, I'm not sure whether the issue you mentioned really is the cause of my problem. It is not correct for the particular Service you have Sierra Chart set to.. First of all, I don't get any error stating "invalid Symbol" or "Symbol unknown", In your case you will not.", secondly, I can see the current Price tag moving realtime on the right hand side (however no Chart available as it stopped moving on the 16th, This does not make sense. How can the chart be updating in real time but yet stopping at the same time?Anyway, the symbol you are using is a CQG symbol. So did you want to use the CQG trading platform service?
