Thanks for the Extension, unfortunately it won't be of any use unless the charts work... However, I'm not sure whether the issue you mentioned really is the cause of my problem. First of all, I don't get any error stating "invalid Symbol" or "Symbol unknown", secondly, I can see the current Price tag moving realtime on the right hand side (however no Chart available as it stopped moving on the 16th, and thirdly, the symbol was working perfectly fine prior to the 16th (I also checked whether the Symbol had a rollover, but that was not the case) Last but not least, I followed the instructions of the help topic, but successfully found the symbol. So I assume it is indeed the correct symbol for the service. But what am I supposed to do now? |
