Hello Sierra, I am currently testing your platform and am very impressed. However, I'm experiencing an error that freezes all charts from the 16th (being the last day to look at) till today. I read through a lot of your support tips, checked and can asure the following: •Symbol settings are updated •I scrolled to the end of the chart •"Disable Data File Updating" is disabled •I made sure that no dates are excluded •Historical Data Download is always successful •The connection to the data feed is successfully established •Although I had storage space issues, no "Windows Error Code 8" is listed in the Message Log However, I noticed that the box in Chart Settings -> Main Settings -> "Date Range in File" -> "to" is filled with 16.05.2018 and can NOT be changed (see attached file). How do I solve this issue? PS: It is especially frustrating since my trial will expire on the 21st, which is why I wanted to ask if it was possible to extend my trial to the indicated 30 days (I read that this was possible) Thanks in advance and have a great weekend |
