Support Board

Hi,

I created a ticket earlier because I subscribed to CFE data from Sierra and couldn't fine the symbol for VIX. That ticket was moved to the SC boards. There was a response and I followed the instructions under "Update Symbol Settings". I turned off my data feed and re-connected. I even closed down SC and re-opened. My SC is from AMP futures. In addition to the data I get from AMP, I subscribe to stock data and now CFE from SC directly. I'm not sure if that makes a difference. My data is Rithmic. I am still unable to locate the symbol for VI (VIX futures). Under "find symbol" from the chart settings, there is no category "futures (non-trading)" and there is no category for "CFE". I see the following below categories.
