The first two things to check are the following: 1. Have you checked the box on the configuration for the Line Tool for Use Fixed Angle? The documentation on this item is here: Chart Drawing Tools: Line | Ray | Extended Line Configuration 2. When holding down the Ctrl key, the line tool only allows Horizontal and Vertical lines. Be sure the Ctrl key is not being pressed, or is not stuck somehow.
