Make sure the Attached Orders were actually set to Good Till Canceled. Refer to: Attached Orders: Time In Force But the Interactive Brokers platform (Trader Work Station) shows the brackets still being open. Is this an error by SC or is it normal please? Refer to the section here about this:Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Trading Related Issues If it's normal, can I reattach the bracket target/stop order and if so only during NYC hours or overnight? We do not recommend that you do this since they actually still are working on the Interactive Brokers side. Either way, how can I change my actions to eliminate the problem in the future please? You cannot because Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation is unreliable in this regard.
