Hello, (sorry for my english) I copy a part of the LMAX "tutorial" part of this website (documentation) because i just have the same problem: "16. When submitting an order, if you receive a LMAX Live Trading - DTC order update (Order reject). Info: LMAX order update (Rejected). Text: ACCOUNT_DOES_NOT_EXIST. Internal Order ID: #. Service Order ID: #. Symbol: (symbol) message in the Trade >> Trade Service Log, then contact Sierra Chart Support about this. This means the account number has not been assigned to the FIX order routing connection." Best regards. |
