We are not sure of the reason for the connection problem. We do not see how it is an issue on our side with connecting to BitMEX. In regards to automated trading, there are two ways this can be done. Using ACSIL: Automated Trading From an Advanced Custom Study Or the DTC Server: Data and Trading Communications (DTC) Protocol Server Of course neither of these are going to be usable for live trading available until the connection problem is resolved.
