Thank you. - It is not "1 - Internet Communication or Server Problem" as can browse this page from same computer. - It is not "2 - Firewall" as SC fails to launch when logging into Windows in Safe Mode (same "Timeout error"). - It is not "3 - HTTP Proxy Server" as can access SC from another computer in the same local network. Installing a fresh SC instance (v.1717) in a different folder did not help. The only changes in the system since last successful login are a) update Dropbox and b) install & uninstall of Zoom Video Conferencing. Can you offer any further support?
