I couldn't care less if the button is grey or black with a pretty font. The thing is though is that you can actually change these in the case of the Control Bar buttons. They are fully customizable including using your own graphic images. There are some user interface improvements coming and one near-term item that is planned is to support 16-bit characters so other extended characters can be used which is necessary for some languages like Chinese and Russian. This is coming near term. And the next item would be a consistent way in which settings dialogs are implemented. We do not think this particular change is going to be disruptive in any way.
