It seems that I'm not getting the history error messages and it looks like entering orders isn't a problem like it was for 2 days. The system looks mostly functional but there's a gap of historical data (pretty much all of 2-26) that is not being painted on my charts. I've tried the reload & recalculate command several times but with no effect (it seems the recalculate occurs, but there result is the same as before the request to reload was sent to the server). I also tried updating to the pre-release with Fast Update but the update does not appear to actually occur. So I'm not completely clear on what I should do at this time. One of the comments is I should not be on 1705, but 1706 doesn't appear to load. Should I revert to the prior release? And are these problems somehow related to initiating the 64-bit platform? A huge thanks to the other user who updated my post with related info!! I'm also with you on the opinion of Sierra Charts vs. Ninja. But this is a pretty major bump in the road. I'm sure it'll get resolved soon though. Thank you in advance for your help! |
