The issues have been on and off since the beginning. The outside developer, who does not work for us, who worked on the original DTC gateway/bridge did make a lot of improvements many months ago. But still there are sometimes problems.

It is fair to characterize the existing DTC gateway this way:
pretty dodgy operation

It is not fair whatsoever to characterize Sierra Chart in this way. And after having worked with BitMEX for more than a year now, we do not consider them dodgy.


But the direct BitMEX integration is intended to replace the integration through the DTC gateway. This direct integration is now available but keep in mind it is new.

In regards to "dodgy", you have to consider the entire crypto currency realm itself. Nothing backs up these currencies. They are just computer programs. They are certainly good speculative instruments to trade, but hardly a place to invest hard-earned money.
