The timing coincided precisely with a large spike in volume and trading activity related to the economic data release. Tentatively we are concluding that due to the extra load from historical data processing, and then due to the additional load from that market activity, this then created a situation which then affected other processes. In our experience this is really an operating system level problem because there was more than enough processing power available. A simple reconnect did not dowload the missing data, I did try it. During the outage, I did try to reconnect (as I thought it was something wrong locally) but the problem was not resolved. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
