This issue affected one of our servers. The cause is not known at this moment. It might have been related to the load from historical data processing.


And not only that, but when the data finally came back, Sierra didn't fetch the missing data at all, I have to manually go to every symbol and hit delete and redownload.
Could you please fix SC such that the data is always downloaded, and if not available, such that the user gets notified?
It always does and the Message Log definitively shows that but there was a timeout error encountered And then there is no further information the Message Log because it was not provided.

. Anyway, this is IMHO a problem with the software, and when you reconnect you must IMHO download all missing data.
This definitively always happens.
