Depending on the particular tool, there are such options available. For example, for the Parallel Lines tool, you would simply add a level with a value of 50. For the rectangle, however, there is no direct way to do this, you would have to draw a manual line for that particular drawing. Any tool that allows the entry of a Level will work like the Parallel Lines tool.
