Your clock is off by almost 3 minutes. You need to make sure that the clock is set accurately.

We see that you are running Windows 10.

Have you disabled the "Set Time Automatically" within Windows? In most cases, you would want to keep this setting enabled.

If despite having "Set Time Automatically" enabled the computer clock is still not being set correctly, then you need to manually adjust it.
