Hi. I performed the latest upgrade when the pop-up said it was available but now it goes into Not Responding when I try to do anything in the pull-down menus. It takes several minutes to come back. I currently have version 1689 and Windows 7. How do I begin to debug it? Can I go back to the previous version? Thank you.
