Dear Support Team: I've realized of very frecuent Disconnection and Re-connection of real time Data flow from FXCM FIX connections. It happens independently of the traded pair and with different SierraChart engines on the same PC. I've also tried with a different PC and the failure ramains the same. I thought it was due a WiFi interruption problems between the PC and the Router but, I now wired both by an ethernet cable and the problem remains. I could not see any interruption in the internet data flow in any other programa / navigator, so I must asume the problem is only related to SierraCharts and/or the FXCM FIX connection itself. If you wish, I can send one or more Message-Logs from SierraChart engines. I would kindly ask for your help in this matter Thanks so much in advance Jordi |
