Why should stationary text not be copied? Some users may want to have them copied over. What you consider a problem, is considered a feature to someone else. If we change this, inevitably, then someone will complain about this. We cannot make this change. In order to accomplish what you want, requires us to support what type of drawings should be copied over. That is a significant development task and then create new kinds of potential support issues for us. It is not something we want to do.
