Most likely this has to do with Spreadsheets and not the Chartbooks themselves. Your Spreadsheets must contain a lot of data. You can tell if it is with spreadsheets by just going to the spreadsheet and selecting File >> Save. Contact TransAct about this. We cannot help with that.
