Hi S.C. Support, I have difficulty pulling any option price from IB. I can view option price in TWS, however, I got errors and blank screen when I used the suggested symbol format to pull. I even copied one of the sample option symbol from the SC instruction "QQQ-OPT-20141219-50-C-SMART-100-USD" and still had no luck. Here is what shows in the log: Message from IB: Historical Market Data Service error message:Historical data request pacing violation. IB Error Code: 162.
