You just need to use both the Text Coloring Method and the Background Coloring Method and use different colors for each. This is explained here: Numbers Bars: Using Text and Background Coloring Methods at Same Time I know that I can color text separately, but that seems based on volume and not a percentage. The Text Coloring Method supports both percentages and actual volume.
