You can do this, simply by disabling the option Analysis >> Studies >> [select study in Studies to Graph] >> Settings >> Settings and Inputs >> "Include in Study Summary" for the study if you do not want it to be included. Refer to the image below. So in that image you can see the option that has to be unchecked to not include a study in the Study Summary whether the study is hidden or not.
