I Have been having a problem with sierra charts running on my PC. Have had no problems until last up upgrade. It can be a login problem, fatal gatekeeper error or abnormal trader.exe problem. Had my broker remotely try and solve the problem. Brought in an IT person to check internet speeds, router firewalls antivirus software Have spent several hundred dollars trying to fix the issue on my side to date. We took off all antirust software and did a fresh down load of 5.5.4 seemed to have it working yesterday. Loaded AVG anti Virus still OK. Was going to install my back up data today and tried logging in again. Same problems. Disabled AVG still no success. Before I bring in my IT person again thought I would see if you had any suggestions. Getting very frustrated. Have been down for over a week. Have attached some screen shots. I am running windows 7 on a very new system. Your suggestions would be appreciated. |
