Hello, I have a problem with correct symbols and live data feed. I have sierra 1644 SP5, Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed (trial) and CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account) (trial) In Data/Trade services setting I have SC Data – All Services and I check Allow Support for SCDF I use 2 minutes intraday chart When I use NQZ17-$IUXX then data lines in chart are incorrect, like all of them are within few points. The value of point is also incorrect as it starts on 0 and not from 6300… When I use just $IUXX then data lines are correct but volume for every line are exactly the same 120. In both instances I don’t have real data but late data with 1 hour delay. I really tried to read your Support board, but I still feel lost. Please help me to solve this.
