Check the Renko New Bar Mode setting. Set it to what you require: Renko Bar Charts: Renko New Bar Mode Also refer to: Renko Bar Charts: Renko Open, High, Low, Close Values You really need to rely upon the Renko Open and Close Values. There is a study for this. This is the basic problem. You are using the true Open and Close values which may not match. RENKO CHART from studies drop down no longer works. These are found in Analysis >> Studies >> Add Custom Study>> Sierra Chart Custom Studies.
