I have just tried opening an intraday Window for "LOZ17 C5400.FUT_OPT.NYMEX" while connected to CQG, it doesn't work: "Symbol is unknown", "Download failed".
is there any way to get your real time and/or historical data for Options (on futures) while connected to CQG (or any other DTS than SC Data)?
Yes. And we just realized that we did not add the necessary Symbol Settings for this. This is done now.
