We did not ask for a picture. We asked for a Chartbook. You also did not provide answers to our two questions. With the help of another user, the issue is resolved. And it would be absolutely stupid for us to not tell you to go back to an earlier version. We want to resolve this problem immediately for you. To do that, you need to go back to a previous version in order to get it resolved for you. So, solve the problem, DO NOT let it happen in the new version SR. It is resolved and we cannot guarantee something like this cannot happen again. However, this issue is rare and it simply involves an ACSIL structure member misalignment in relation to existing outside compiled studies. Assuming we understand what the problem is in your case, and we have no idea because we did not get your Chartbook, it is an unexpected issue that is something that we would not have known about ahead of time until some users encountered the problem. This issue only affected a very very small percentage of our users. Less than 1%. It is not an issue that we would ever have been able to reproduce ourselves. The problem though is because you did not give us a Chartbook, there is no way we can confirm the problem is even resolved for you. But most likely. So cooperation from you is absolutely essential.
