Hello

When I want to buy the exchange fee 'CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account)', the system show me the message:

Error Activating 'CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account)' on account #1 on the Barchart system.

I have enough credit in my account and I already bought real time data package.

It works last month normally, am I setting something wrong?
