At this point reviewing this log, you are losing connection to two different CQG servers and also to the Sierra Chart server.

There is absolutely no doubt you have a problem with your Internet connection. That is where you need to start. There is no point in us contacting CQG. There is nothing they can do. Our recommendation is to use a different Internet service provider or contact them. And do not use a wireless connection.
